With virtual sessions, everyone stays comfortable and safe while we navigate through this COVID-19 pandemic. Our personal trainers will assist with your exercises just as they would in person. We’ll let you know which exercises will benefit you the most and ensure you are doing them correctly. Doing exercises incorrectly will not only limit the benefit you get from the exercise, it could also lead to injury.
Schedule a time with one of our personal trainers and we’ll meet you online for your virtual fitness session. Fitness sessions usually last between 50 minutes to one hour and you will be guided through every exercise. We’ll provide you with a personalized workout plan based upon your fitness goals and/or your areas that need the most work.
