Your virtual evaluation will last 45 minutes and will be conducted via Facetime, Skype, or Zoom. We will discuss your fitness level, review your flexibility, physical limitations, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, discuss your fitness and nutrition goals, and more. This discussion and examination will help your certified personal training coach set up a customized training session based upon your specific needs.
There are many reasons to seek out a personal trainer.
