Your first visit will include a consultation and examination. This is important in order to plan an effective exercise program that will allow you to have results without unwanted injuries. We will discuss your fitness goals and physical limitations, blood pressure, body fat and circumferential measurements, strength, endurance and flexibility tests, a movement analysis of each joint, and a fitness report card will be emailed to you.
What’s better than the perfect summer body? A Mobile Workout certified personal trainer meeting you on location. Yes that’s right, we meet our clients at the location of their choosing. Some clients choose to have their private session in the comfort of their own home. While others choose their favorite park or their office when they don’t have much time outside of work. The choice is up to you. We travel around the Houston, Katy, and Richmond areas of Texas.
We also offer group training for up to three people. The amount of people in each group is limited in order to provide personalized attention to each member. A group session would be perfect for you if you have two friends who would like to join you on your fitness adventure. You can find motivation through one another, challenge each other, and compete if you decide to do so.
