Thanksgiving is a great holiday to spend with family and friends. It’s a time to reflect on all that you are thankful for. During this time of reflection, we want to thank all of our clients for another wonderful year of fitness training! Now that you have enjoyed your holiday meal, you may be looking to shed those Thanksgiving pounds. It couldn’t be easier than with a certified personal trainer at Mobile Workout.

Mobile Workout has certified personal trainers located in Houston, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. If you are not within this service area, don’t worry as we also offer virtual evaluations and workouts via Facetime, Skype, or Zoom. Mobile Workout is different than other personal trainers. We meet our clients at their preferred location along with all the equipment they will need during their fitness session. Want to workout at home? Sure, we’ll meet you there! Don’t have time to leave the office? No problem, we’ll come to you! Simply let us know where you want your fitness session and we’ll see you there.

Losing or maintaining weight involves more than just exercising; you also need to eat a balanced and nutritious diet. We’ll discuss the nutritional benefits of various foods and motivate you to stay focused on foods that offer the greatest benefit.

We offer both private sessions and group sessions of up to three people. Our personal training sessions typically last from 50 minutes to 1 hour and every session is customized in order to achieve and maximize results. We keep our group sessions small so that every member receives personalized attention. So invite your friends and inquire about a group session.
