At our first meeting, we will assess your fitness level, review your flexibility, physical limitations, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, discuss your fitness and nutrition goals, take blood pressure, calculate a body fat percentage, body weight, and take measurements. This discussion and examination will help your certified personal training coach set up a customized training session based upon your specific needs. There will be a follow-up evaluation every 3 months to track your progress.
In addition to a private one-on-one training session, your session can take place in a private setting (if desired). We offer our services on a mobile basis and travel around the area to meet with clients. This can be in the comfort of your own home, your backyard, your local park, at your office, etc. We understand that not everyone will feel confident in a crowded gym.
