By meeting virtually, we are working to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to put our clients at ease. Safety is our top priority. Although other parts of your life may be on hold, your health and fitness shouldn’t be one of them.

During this time, many people are unable to go to the gym or meet with their regular personal trainer. For those who don’t have the virtual option available to them, we would be happy to fill in and keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.
Our training sessions typically last 50 minutes to 1 hour and will be through Facetime, Skype, or Zoom.
