Our method of personal training creates flexibility in your schedule. For example, instead of driving across town to the gym (in the Houston traffic) you can choose to have your personal training session in the comfort of your own home. Simply make sure you have enough space for exercising, schedule your training session, and we will meet you there. Alternatively you can choose to have your session outside in the fresh air. Just let us know that you want to your session to be in your backyard or your favorite park / community area. For those who have job constraints and little time outside of the office, we can meet you at your office for your training session.
You can expect your personal training sessions to last 50 minutes to an hour. Your session will completely private. However, if you choose, you can be in a group session with up to three people. Your workouts will be completely customized by your trainer to focus on your goals.
