Recovering and getting back into shape after an injury can be difficult. Not only can it be difficult, you also need to take precautions as not to re-injure yourself. The personal trainers at Mobile Workout work with clients on post injury rehabilitation once they are discharged from physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, or occupational therapy to resolve any functional deficits that remain. Please note that participation in personal training is not a replacement for physical, chiropractic, or occupational therapy.

Post injury rehabilitation personal training focuses on strength and conditioning with flexibility training, resistance training, and endurance training. Each exercise is tailored specifically to the client based upon their medical condition. Each client is different in terms of recovery and fitness capability after their injury. We continue the rehabilitation process on your therapist’s schedule. It can often take months of work to achieve a complete recovery during post injury rehabilitation.

Mobile Workout has personal trainers in Houston, Katy and Richmond, Texas. Our trainers will work with you to keep you motivated and to obtain your post injury rehabilitation fitness goals. We will monitor your exercises, provide one on one sessions, customize your workout to your needs and create a fitness plan to maximize your results. The personal training sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour. Our certified trainers can accommodate private and semi-private sessions up to three people.
