When you schedule your fitness session, Mobile Workout will send a Certified Personal Trainer to your location with all the equipment you will need for your training session. There is no equipment to buy.
Our personal training sessions typically last 50 minutes to 1 hour. Our Personal Trainers will provide attention, motivation, accountability, fitness education, and a personalized exercise plan based upon your goals.
We encourage you to pick the meeting location because we want you to be as comfortable as possible with your surroundings. For many clients the location chosen is in the comfort of their own home. This provides them a familiar surrounding that’s completely private during their training session.
If you work in the Heights area, we can provide personal training sessions at your office. If your office is your desired meeting location, we simply need an area large enough to exercise.
We also provide group sessions for up to three people. Our small group personal training sessions are limited to three people to ensure each person in the group is provided personalized attention.
