During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your weight loss goals, fitness goals and any limitations you may have. We will then perform an examination, a 26 point movement impairment analysis and fully discuss the Mobile Workout process. Everyone is different and your personal training sessions will be created specifically for your needs. With the help of a personal trainer, you’ll learn how to do the exercises to achieve your goals.
We have personal trainers in Houston, Katy and Richmond, Texas. Our trainers will work with you to obtain your fitness goals. We will motivate you, provide one on one sessions, customize your workout to your needs and create a fitness plan to maximize your results. The personal training sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour.
