We are experienced with post-rehabilitation where we work with clients to continue the physical therapist’s schedule to recovery.

Mobile Workout has certified personal trainers in Katy, Houston, and Richmond areas of Texas. Our trainers travel to our clients which offers an even more personalized experience. Too busy to leave the office? We can meet you there for your personal training session. We want you to feel comfortable wherever you decide to hold your session. We meet clients at their home, office, parks and around town anywhere they feel the most comfortable.
