Mobile Workout has been meeting clients on location for years. Our personal trainers visit our clients as opposed to our clients coming to us. This provides a unique opportunity for our clients in that they have the option to workout from home or anywhere else they desire to do so. This let’s everyone feel more comfortable about their surroundings and privacy while exercising. Many clients choose to workout out from home so that’s nothing new to us. Simply schedule a time with one of our personal trainers and we’ll meet you on location. For everyone’s safety, we follow all of the recommendations put forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). If you aren’t quite ready for an in-person visit then you are in luck because we also offer virtual fitness sessions via Facetime, Skype, and Zoom.
Our fitness sessions usually last between 50 minutes to one hour. We’ll provide a personalized workout plan for you based upon your fitness goals and/or your areas that need the most work. We’ll guide you through each exercise and monitor your form to ensure you get the most out of every workout.
