Mobile Workout can help you reach your 2020 fitness goals. It’s a new year and a new you! Some fitness goals include: losing weight, getting toned, increasing muscle, mastering a skill, training for an event, relieving pain, and post injury rehabilitation. Our Certified Personal Trainers service the area of Houston, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. For those outside of our service area, we also offer virtual evaluations and workouts and workouts to clients not within our service area.

Our personal trainers will develop a specialized workout program based upon your fitness goals; you’ll look better and feel better in no time. Not everyone has the same fitness goals in mind which is why we create every fitness program differently.

Our fitness sessions last between 50 minutes to 1 hour and we offer both private sessions and semi-private sessions with up to three people. With our expert personal trainers, you’ll see the benefits of your fitness sessions in no time. We’re confident you’ll find our fitness session fun, challenging, and look forward to your next session.

Our fitness sessions are simplified and geared toward convenience to our clients. We meet our clients at the location of their choosing as opposed to one meeting location. Let us come visit you! Meeting you on-location really opens up possibilities and schedules. Skip the traffic and we’ll meet you where it’s most convenient for you. This gives clients the flexibility to schedule their fitness session at a location that works best for them.
